I too have a whippet named Hector. The most beautiful, friendly, fun loving dog I've ever known. Like yours he's also a terrible thief. I think it's a whippet trait.

What a cutie Hector is!

I too had been many years without a dog :(

My last dogs had been dobermans whom I loved dearly.

Now that our family includes 2 young children we researched for a new breed.

So glad we found the whippet! Our Pepper is wonderful.

We have much in common with our neighbors across the pond :)
