"Poe" (Edgar Allan Cameron Poe Spellacy)

by Scott Spellacy
(Orlando, FL)

Poe was rescued from the Everglades in Miami, FL by poodle and pooch rescue. He doesn't have a tail because whoever dropped him off cropped it with a rubber band. Even after all that he is still the happiest and friendliest dog I have ever seen.

He has acquired the nickname "Bambi" from friends and neighbors due to his resemblance to a baby deer. His favorite activities are chasing squirrels and skateboards and catching the frisbee or ball (not great at fetch because he prefers to play keep-away).

His absolute favorite thing though, is just playing with other dogs. His playful nature is infectious and he can win over the fiercest of dogs in a matter of seconds. Once he's done playing he loves to just hangout on the couch or under the covers when it's time for bed.
