Mandy at grandma's house!
(Elk Mound WI, USA)
I heard one day that we were going to my grandma's house and bringing the dogs. I was so excited!
I was thinking that it would be no problem since Mandy (my whippet) was so well behaved and potty trained.
BOY, was I wrong! You see, my grandma lives in a gated community in Barrington Illinois, and has a super fancy house and beautiful 5,000$ bedspreads and so on and so forth.
So, what happened was that Mandy ruined our trip. When Mandy got there she ran all over, and got loose out of her crate, and peed in my grandma's walk in closet with designer flooring, and chewed up my grandma's designer mat! Not to mention she ran upstairs and did her business all over the place! Then finally my poor grandma had had enough. Mandy was put on the deck to stay for the rest of the trip.
On that trip, I realized there was a downside to everything. Oh, and one more thing, after Mandy had done all of that she came up and gave me big whippet kisses. Well I suppose there is a good side to everything too.
