Eyes to met all who gaze on them

Eyes to met all who gaze on them

He was a perfect ambassador for our breed. He had eyes that would melt the coldest non doggy heart.

He was perfect. And I never realized how short our time together would be. I had prepared myself for it to one day just be me and him. For Clara was older. Surely she would go first? But it was not meant to be.

My beloved dog died in my arms from CHF at 11 years old. It has been nearly 4 years now and the pain is as sharp as if it were yesterday. It always will be I guess.

I understand your pain. I lost one of my whippets suddenly and far too early. Great picture, shows deep love for the breed.
