Clara left me. Jake the Rakes' love of a lifetime as well as mine.

16 year is a long time they say but not nearly long enough.

I had grown accustomed to you, your very presence. And now you are gone.

I will never recover my precious Queen Bee. I am lost without you. I am broken.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It is extraordinarily difficult to lose the darlings in your life, whatever kind of dog or animal. I hope that soon you can find room in your heart to love another dog...
