Enter our Whippet Dog Photo Contest for a chance to win a great whippet collar! Send us a picture of your whippet and a story about your hound to participate to our dog picture contest. Check out here the pictures sent by other visitors.

These collars are one-of-a-kind and are made in Spain with a traditional leather working technique. The size is perfect to fit a Spanish Galgo or a medium-large whippet.




How to Enter the Contest

Send 1 to 4 whippet pictures with the form at the bottom of this page and enter a story about your dog.

After you enter your pic and story, you’ll receive a “Thank You Page” and you will be asked for your e-mail.

Don't forget to enter your e-mail or we won’t be able to get in touch with you in the event you win.

Don't worry, we will use your e-mail only to contact you about the contest.

How to Win the Contest

Your entry can be about anything regarding a whippet.

-It could be about the worst whippet disaster or your dog's embarrassing chewing habits.

-It can be about your whippet’s tastes, habits and quirks.

-You can tell us why you choose a whippet and how you found one.

-And of course it’s your chance to brag freely about your whippet’s achievements, prizes, awards and abilities.

Any whippet story, funny, silly or touching coupled with at least one picture will enter you in the contest.

You may enter as many times as you wish but it must always be with different pictures and a new story.

The Prize

The prize is the stunning whippet leather collar, you can see in the picture above. It is hand made in Spain for Spanish Galgos and it would fit a medium-large whippet.

How to Vote for the Winner

In the best democratic tradition, our visitors are going to choose the winner.

The entry with the highest number of comments, wins. So let friends and family know about your picture and encourage them to leave comments. Share your page in Facebook or Tweet it by clicking the icons at the bottom of your page to let everybody know about it!

Visitors can look at the entries at the end of this page, leave a comment and give a rating between 1 and 5 stars. 5 is the highest rating, 1 the lowest. Visitors can enter the rating only after giving a comment.

Check often to see how your entry is doing. When you opt in you’ll be notified every time your entry receives a comment.

Deadline

Last day for entries is the 27th of May 2012 and the winner will be decided by the end of the month.
