In our collection of black dog names we couldn't help adding some Italian dog names for your black whippet.I love black dogs! Especially whippets and greyhounds look so elegant in their little tuxedos! After a family brainstorm we came up with a collection of names especially suited for black whippets. Our mother language is Italian and many of the words we found share our roots. Close to some names you’ll find an “F” or an “M” that refers to the name gender. Often (but not always, to complicate the matter) in our language, names ending in “a” are feminine and ending in “o” are masculine. According to the best Italian traditions we didn’t give any particular order to the names. Just try their sound until you find the perfect match!
